| HOW WE SHIP OUR BIRDHOUSES |
Our Packers use the finest custom made boxes available and custom pack each item, carefully securing it and cushioning it where appropriate to prevent damage and movement in transit. Items will arrive looking as good as they look on-line. For certain items, it may be necessary to package them in two or more boxes. |
| PLACING YOUR ORDER |
Once you have chosen your product on our website, you can order directly via our secure shopping cart system. Your product will appear in the shopping cart. If you wish to select more products, click the 'Continue Shopping' button to go back to the site for more selections. When you are done selecting your products, please click the 'Checkout' button. you may call our customer service at if you need further assistance with placing your order. |
| HOW DO I MODIFY THE CONTENTS OF THE SHOPPING CART |
If you wish to modify the quantity of your products, please change the number in the quantity box and click 'Update'. This will change the product quantity. If you wish to delete the product you have selected in your cart, you have either of the following options: modify the product quantity to '0' (zero) and click update, or click 'Empty Cart' if you want all the contents emptied. |

When you are finished with this step, you can check out. Our automated system will lead you through the checkout process, page by page. Please fill out the sender information, recipient information, select the delivery date of your item and type in any message you wish to attach, in the box provided for personalized messages. After this step, you will be led to the next secure process where you will fill out information regarding your payment.
